Step 1: Choose the Accreditation Type

- Controlling Third Party Accreditation – For labour hire or employment agencies
Step 2: Prepare the Required Documents
- Business Details: NZBN, IRD number, business structure, and 2 years of financial statements
- Workplace Compliance: Evidence of compliance with NZ employment law and health & safety standards
- Employment Agreements: Sample contracts meeting NZ standards and showing market rate pay
- Settlement Support Plan: Orientation, accommodation help, and support systems for migrant workers
- Good Employer History: No recent sanctions or stand-downs from Labour Inspectorate or Immigration NZ
