Step 1: Work Permit Application

  • Who applies: Polish Employer
  • Where: Poland (Voivodeship Office)
  • Details: Employer submits a Work Permit (Type A), valid for 1–3 years. May require a labour market test.

  • Timeframe: 2–6 weeks

Step 2: National Visa (Type D)

  • Who applies: Worker (in Sri Lanka)

  • Documents: Work permit, job contract, passport, visa form, insurance, police clearance
