Step 1: Work Permit Application
- Who applies: Polish Employer
- Where: Poland (Voivodeship Office)
- Details: Employer submits a Work Permit (Type A), valid for 1–3 years. May require a labour market test.

- Timeframe: 2–6 weeks
Step 2: National Visa (Type D)
- Who applies: Worker (in Sri Lanka)

- Documents: Work permit, job contract, passport, visa form, insurance, police clearance
