1. Create or Log In to ImmiAccount

2. Start a New Application

  • After login, click “New application”
  • Choose “Businesses and Organisations”
  • Select “Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS)”

3. Complete the Online Form

  • Business name and ABN
  • Business structure (company, sole trader, etc.)
  • Address and contact details
  • Business activity description
  • Number of staff
  • Reason for sponsoring a skilled overseas worker (e.g., chef)

4. Upload Supporting Documents

  • ✅ ABN registration certificate
  • ✅ ASIC company extract
  • ✅ Business Activity Statements (BAS – last 2-4)
  • ✅ Lease agreement or proof of business premises
  • ✅ Menu, business website, or venue photos
