
✅ Step-by-Step: Registering a Business & Submitting SBS in ImmiAccount
1. Create or Log In to ImmiAccount
- Go to: https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login
- If you don’t have an account, click “Create ImmiAccount”
- Use the business owner's email (or your admin’s if assisting)
2. Start a New Application
- After login, click “New application”
- Choose “Businesses and Organisations”
- Select “Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS)”
3. Complete the Online Form
- Business name and ABN
- Business structure (company, sole trader, etc.)
- Address and contact details
- Business activity description
- Number of staff
- Reason for sponsoring a skilled overseas worker (e.g., chef)
4. Upload Supporting Documents

- ✅ ABN registration certificate
- ✅ ASIC company extract
- ✅ Business Activity Statements (BAS – last 2-4)
- ✅ Lease agreement or proof of business premises
- ✅ Menu, business website, or venue photos

- ✅ Letter explaining why a skilled worker is needed
- ✅ Optional: P&L statements, bank records, org chart
5. Pay the Application Fee
